About Us
I help philanthropic, nonprofit, and grassroots leaders connect to, resource, and lead with their best selves because I’m passionate about supporting people to show up in life, work, and community in more self-aware, authentic, and generative ways.
My approach combines formal training in the Co-Active Training Institute’s coaching model and DEIJ-focused organizational learning and change with 20+ years of hands-on experience facilitating/coaching leaders through complex, collaborative strategy, learning, and change processes. I bring neurodiversity-affirming, LGBTQIA+-affirming, anti-racist, and feminist analyses to all of my coaching, which involves considering how systems of power and oppression show up in our lives and shape our sense of self, our relationships, institutions, and social systems and structures. I am committed to using coaching to help leaders explore ways of being and building relationships, organizations, and systems that celebrate all people’s power, dignity, and interconnectedness.
In short, we’ll draw on whole-person development and systems thinking to help you translate insights into strategic decision-making and action that recognizes the broader social and political contexts in which you live and work.
Finally, my coaching approach is deeply informed by my own lived and learned experience, which you can learn more about here: https://www.createknowledge.org/about
