Team Coaching

The inner workings of a company are determined by its culture. Before working with any group in the organization I familiarize myself with the company's culture, resulting in customized coaching specific to that organization. My coaching focuses on the goals of the individuals in the team and the team as a whole, so that they align with the goals of the company. This alignment allows for individual development and growth while building a stronger team, benefiting both the individuals and the organization.
