For me, coaching is about putting theory to action and working in partnership to accomplish your goals. My work provides clients with the perspective, clarity, and support necessary to see and undo harmful behaviors, processes, and cultures through a personalized approach to coaching that ensures clients get exactly what they need to move beyond outdated perspectives and ideals. Through this process, I help leaders and teams develop the ability to center their own humanity–leading to organizations that are more equitable, diverse and impactful.
